This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through viellgarden.us. At Viellgarden, we take pride in delivering fresh flowers, beautiful bouquets, healthy plants, and botanical gifts. Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, special return conditions apply.

1. Return Eligibility

Fresh flowers, bouquets, and live plants are perishable products and generally cannot be returned once delivered.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

To process a claim, we may request:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • A description of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Fresh flower bouquets.

  • Cut flowers.

  • Live plants that have been in the customer's possession for more than 48 hours after delivery.

  • Customized floral arrangements.

  • Personalized gifts.

  • Gift cards.

  • Products damaged due to improper care, neglect, or failure to follow provided care instructions.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during transit.

  • Defective upon arrival.

  • Significantly different from the item ordered.

  • Missing items from the order.

4. Return Process for Eligible Items

Certain non-perishable products sold by Viellgarden, such as decorative containers, vases, planters, or accessories, may be eligible for return.

To initiate a return:

Step 2

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Step 3

Package the item securely and return it in its original condition and packaging.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Our Responsibility

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Viellgarden will cover the return shipping cost when a return is required.

Customer Responsibility

For approved returns unrelated to product quality issues, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

6. Refunds

Once a claim or approved return has been reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that financial institutions may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

7. Exchanges

Because floral and plant products are perishable, exchanges are generally handled through replacement shipments rather than physical returns.

If a replacement is approved, we will arrange shipment of a comparable product as soon as possible.
